Built resumeBuddy, an AI-powered extension and PWA with a provider-agnostic LLM layer (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Anthropic, local Ollama), bring-your-own-key and zero backend. Ran an agentic development workflow with Claude Code, gating every AI-generated change behind type checks, unit and contract tests, and a Playwright e2e suite; consolidated six repos into a Turborepo monorepo with self-hosted deploys on nginx, Docker, and Gitea.
Technical Lead for the composable frontend rewrite of Ralph Lauren's e-commerce web store, leading a team of 4 engineers. Owned architecture for a component-driven design system enabling block-based, Contentful-managed page assembly, and led the SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Contentful integration. Reviewed code across teams, mentored on composable frontend patterns, and partnered with Ralph Lauren's Product and Design stakeholders.
Led two senior developers on an accelerated-timeline project for ATD (Association for Talent Development). Architected a reusable, component-driven Contentful model that lets ATD's marketing team manage pages without engineering support, built CI/CD workflows to migrate Contentful data and components between environments, and documented best practices for ATD's ongoing development.
Led a cross-platform React Native team (up to 12 developers) for Enterprise Mobility's Enterprise and National rental apps. Delivered v8.1 of the Enterprise app, a ground-up rebuild that raised the app store rating from 3.2 to 4.6 and improved performance by 45%. Architected secure mobile solutions aligned with ISO 27001 and OneTrust, including SSL certificate pinning and remediation of penetration-test findings.
Owned the complete mobile development lifecycle for a cross-platform React Native team, from architecture and testing to CI/CD and App Store and Google Play releases. Improved CI/CD workflows, cutting deployment cycle time by 30%, and established code quality and release standards.

Developed React Native and native Swift apps for clients in healthcare, AR, and enterprise communications. Created Nosh, a meal-planning app for dietitians; built NewPro+, an ARKit app for staging planter layouts; rebuilt INR and VAD management modules for a healthcare client; and integrated Twilio-based messaging and alerts across projects.
Led development of Healthcare Anywhere, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for secure doctor-patient communication across mobile and web. Migrated a legacy LAMP stack to MEAN (MySQL to MongoDB), built hybrid apps for iOS, Android, and Windows UWP with Cordova, PhoneGap, and Ionic, and set up CI workflows deploying via AWS and Docker.
